Become a Member
To become a member all you need to do is call into South Shields Shopmobility and complete a membership application form. If you are unable to bring the details yourself, someone else may bring them in on your behalf as long as they are YOUR identification details.
The annual membership fee is £5.
Please bring along with you TWO forms of identification with your name and address on, this could include:
b) Passport.
c) Rent Book/Card.
d) Council Tax Bill.
e) Utility Bill (Gas, Electric etc.)*
* If you do not have ID with a printed name and address an alternative type of membership is available, providing you have some means of identification, e.g. a bank card.
On completion of the application you will also receive instructions on how to use the equipment you have selected. This could be a Scooter, Powered or Manual wheelchair.
